Its refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit by using R134A refrigerant. To facilitate maintenance, the automatic defrost system is time initiated and time terminated. Since it is constructed of stainless steel, the deli case is durable and resists scratching and corrosion. Cold air is trapped inside the True TCGG-60-S refrigerated deli case by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
